We found this adorable veggie tray from Lil’ Luna. Even the kids will help making (and eating) this festive appetizer. We love it because it is healthy, light, and gets the kids involved.

How to to make the face: Cut the bottom off of a red pepper. Make the beak by using a baby carrot and add candy eye balls! Easy as that. Place it in the dip bowl as pictured. We think it goes perfectly with a dill vegetable dip.


Dill Vegetable Dip

1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 1/2 tbsp dried dill weed
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
a few sprinkles pepper

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
