This magical event is back! The Fairy House Tour in Portsmouth welcomes visitors on Saturday 9/23 & Sunday 9/24 from 10am-3pm.

Join us for a rekindling of the beloved annual family-friendly outdoor event, Fairy House Tour, presented by Friends of the South End to benefit local schools and nonprofits.

It will be a magical weekend of outdoor fun for all. Come see hundreds of enchanting fairy houses on display on the grounds of the Strawbery Banke Museum, Governor John Langdon House, Players’ Ring Theatre, Prescott Park Arts Festival and the Gundalow Company waterfront.

Plus, enjoy fairy-inspired performances by Southern New Hampshire Dance Theater, on the Arts Festival’s Wilcox Industries Corp. Main Stage, and New Hampshire Theatre Project, in the gardens of the Governor John Langdon House and The Players’ Ring, throughout the weekend. Southern New Hampshire Dance Theatre will perform a Fairy Dance Ballet at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm on Saturday and Sunday, September 23 and 24.

So gather your littles and join in the fantastical merriment of the Fairy House Tour. We will be serving up special treats at The Prop and The Merch Booth will have all of your magical wares, from wings to wands and flower crowns- it’s sure to be an enchanting weekend.
