Let’s get your family sleeping!

I launched Snuggles and Slumber Sleep Consulting after experiencing firsthand how difficult it is to have a child who struggles with sleep. Our daughter didn’t sleep through the night until she was almost 2, and we were beyond exhausted. We ultimately ended up working with a sleep consultant and it totally changed our lives! When our son was born, we had the tools to help him sleep well from the beginning, and it made such a difference. I realized that I wanted to help people in the way that our sleep consultant helped us, so I became a Certified Sleep Consultant through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management, and Snuggles and Slumber Sleep Consulting was born!

Who do we support?

It’s never too early or too late to help your child sleep well! I support babies and children from 4 months old to 6 years old with sleeping through the night, napping well, and having a smooth and enjoyable bedtime. I also offer a program for expectant parents and parents of newborns designed to help parents and caregivers lay a strong foundation for sleep from the beginning.

What do we offer?

I am committed to helping families find sleep solutions that feel right to them. When parents think of sleep training, many think of the Cry it Out method, but there are many other ways to help your child learn to sleep! Many of these methods allow you to be right there beside your child, gradually reducing support until she feels comfortable and confident falling asleep independently.

Working with a sleep coach isn’t just about sleep training. When we work together, I will learn all about your child and look at all aspects of your child’s day so that we can ensure that all pieces of the puzzle that lead to good sleep are in place. There are often little changes we can make to your child’s schedule or routines that can make a big difference when it comes to sleep.

Most popular and often most effective is the Two-Week Sleep Consultation and Coaching Package. This gives you two weeks of intensive 1:1 support. We will meet so that I can learn all about your child and his or her sleep challenges. We will set sleep goals for your child and I will write a very detailed plan for you. After that, we’ll get started! For two weeks, we’ll work closely together and you will receive support every step of the way as we help your child learn to fall asleep and stay asleep all night long.

I also offer sleep coaching groups, one hour classes, and coaching for nannies and grandparents who may be caring for your child so that they can support the sleep work that you are doing as well.
