New Bedford Whaling Museum has fun planned for families during this vacation week!
The New Bedford Whaling Museum is kicking off 2023’s School Vacation Week with some great family events!
The museum is offering free activities every morning in the Jacobs Family Gallery (the main lobby/welcome space under the whale skeletons). Whether kids are into art, science, animals, or simply love to learn there’s something for everyone at the museum this Vacation Week.
Monday, February 20 – Friday, February 24
Every day from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Daily activities include crafts, take home activity sheets, a trivia game, a viewing of the live camera in the San Diego Zoo Polar Bear habitat, and a book reading.

Winter hours: Open Tuesday-Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Open until 7 p.m. every second Thursday of the month (on AHA! nights)
