Looking for a truly magical Santa experience this Christmas? Families are invited to climb aboard Santa’s Elevator Express at Natick Mall, where your journey to the North Pole begins before you even meet the big guy himself!
Unlike a traditional Santa visit, this one starts with a whimsical Elevator Express Ride that transports your family straight to Santa’s workshop. Once you’ve “arrived” at the North Pole, you’ll meet Santa, capture keepsake photos, and create memories your children will treasure for years to come.
Don’t miss Santa pictures at Natick Mall! Walk-ups are welcome every day until closing time during the selected 15-minute time. But reservations are highly recommended.

How many people can fit in the elevator? 4-5 adults can comfortably fit within the elevator experience. However, keep in mind that little ones and strollers will take up space as well. If you have more guests than will fit within the elevator experience, you would need to book multiple reservations.
