Come get your sweat on in one of The Mom Comm’s newest classes, Strength + Stability, a full body workout focusing on strength, power and core stability. As part of this special event, class will end with a short meditation and post class mingling.

This Rally class will have the honor of hearing a local Mom, Dorothy Burnham, tell her story. She has been impacted by breast cancer and she has danced as a Model and is a member of The Mom Comm community.
