PSO at the Movies: The Music of Star Wars

Students of all ages will be surprised to discover that they are, in fact, classical music fans when they hear the many recognizable tunes from the Star Wars series. Performed by The Music Hall’s resident orchestra, the Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra, this Explore + Learn concert will showcase how the Star Wars movie scores help to convey and emphasize the drama, action, and emotion that’s happening on the screen. Audiences may even find the line between fiction and reality blurring when they find themselves face-to-face with a visitor from a galaxy far, far, away…

9:30am performance will feature American Sign Language Interpreting.
