Join NAMI NH, Seacoast Mental Health, PPL and other parents and teens for a community conversation around teens and mental health. Learn tools for fostering supportive mental health environments from professionals, then break out into groups (parents and teens) to ask questions and learn from each other in facilitated discussion. Topics may include:

How to ask an adult for help
What to do if your caregiver is dismissive of your feelings/concerns
How to talk to an adult about someone you are concerned about i.e. friend, sibling
