The Portsmouth Halloween Parade is a grassroots, all-inclusive celebration of community, creativity and free expression that walks, stalks, dances, trumpets and drums its way through downtown Portsmouth each year on October 31st.
Get ready to march, hoot, holler, slither, stomp, and roar through the streets of Portsmouth, NH for the marching of The Portsmouth Halloween Parade. Always on Halloween and always kicking off at 7pm from Peirce Island.
