Yoga specifically designed for birth preparation and postpartum healing. Led by Hilary Camire, who is a perinatal yoga instructor, as well as a full spectrum doula and childbirth educator. This class will help bring balance to the whole body, while targeting specific areas helpful for birth and healing. We’ll also do some restorative yoga, as well as mindfulness/hypnosis for rest, relaxation and healing. Babies who are not yet mobile are welcome!
