In the Asian tradition, we will remember families and friends and makes wishes for the future. Please join us as we decorate, light and float lanterns at dusk!

– Bring a picnic supper, chair or a blanket and a flashlight
– Enjoy live performances
– Decorate your lantern with a special message
– Calligraphers and decorating materials will be available

The event is FREE – with a suggested donation of $10 per lantern. Lanterns can be purchased at the event. There will be plenty of markers and stencils to decorate your lantern. Calligraphers available, as well.

Parking around Bartlet Mall is limited, so please arrive early to find a parking space nearby. Downtown Newburyport has several public parking lots within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Biking or carpooling is great, too.
