The Newborn Sleep Workshop educates parents, and expecting parents, on how to start implementing healthy sleep habits from day one. We focus on how to create an optimal sleeping environment for your newborn, how to get into a good rhythm with feedings and naps, techniques for soothing a restless baby, and strategies to MAXIMIZE nighttime sleep. This class is interactive and includes a question-and-answer session to ensure all parents feel confident in the information taught.
