Some of you may think “a moms group really isn’t my thing”…believe me, it’s not mine either.

But this one will be different. You will leave with some tips and tricks to help you slow down your racing mind, think more positively about being a mom and how to soak in some presence with your children. They all tell us it goes by quickly so let’s try to slow it down a bit.
