$25A full body, low impact workout combining aspects of barre, Pilates and strength together for our new mamas who are just getting back into movement. Feel stronger, get more energy, find balance and encourage flexibility. We will focus on exercises to restore your core and pelvic floor. Leave class feeling better mentally and physically. Bring whatever you need for your little one(s).
