Mom + Me Sculpt + Tone

$25A full body, low impact workout combining aspects of barre, pilates and strength together. Feel stronger, get more energy, find balance and encourage flexibility. These exercises and variations are designed to keep you engaged while working smaller muscle groups to fatigue (feeling that burn and shake to really sculpt and tone those muscles). Leave class feeling better mentally and physically.
Pre & Post natal modifications will be provided. All levels welcome.
