Join me for this 45 minute relaxation session to relieve stress and fear, and soak your body and baby’s body in happy hormones. Engaging in relaxation practice before baby comes will help you prepare for your birth experience by teaching your body to release the negative energy you may be holding onto so you can carry that practice into the birthing room. In parenting, we’ll release this negative energy to be the best parents we can be for our children by teaching our bodies to respond to stress in a way that informs us, rather than elevates our anxiety.
