Kids Yoga Adventure is a 90 minute yoga drop off program for kids ages 3-6. This is a chance for your child to get their wiggles out, laugh, play, connect with other kids, and explore the world of yoga in a fun way! Yoga Adventure offers creative yoga sequences, games, songs, stories and a craft. Parents can drop their child off for the hour and head out, or stay and watch. Have child bring mat, blanket, or towel to practice on, and a bottle of water. We meet at Bartlet Mall on the grass across from CVS on Pond Street.
