10:00 am: Gather at the Oarweed Restaurant,65 Perkins Cove Road, (no parking available) for costume contest.
10:30 am: a Halloween parade around the cove and costume contest winners announced in Perkins Cove Rotary park.
Immediately after, trick or treat until 11:30 am.
12:00 pm-1:30pm Rock painting, face painting and tattoos across the Perkins Cove footbridge.
