The Kingston Community Library’s Imagination Festival is designed to encourage your love for fantastical, supernatural, and just plain interesting characters.

Come dressed as your favorite storybook, superhero, Disney, or manga/anime character. Or, design your own steampunk, princess, adventurer outfit. This is a chance for the whole family to step out and dress up!
