Looking for something to do on President’s Day weekend?

The Friends of the Public Garden are hosting free ice skating sessions on Boston Common’s Frog Pond Sunday, Feb. 19, the organization announced.

The event, in partnership with the Skating Club of Boston, will feature free skating sessions that include free gear rentals while supplies last.

Complimentary cookies and hot chocolate will also be available for the day. Additionally, Frog Pond Freddie will make be making an appearance on the ice.

Space is limited to 125 skaters per 90-minute session, the release said. Free tickets are available to those interested starting 30 minutes before each session.

The day will take place at Frog Pond in the Boston Common from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Skating sessions begin at 10 a.m., 12, 4 and 6 p.m.
