Join pediatric occupational therapist, Allissa Younan, for a 45 minute playgroup-style learning opportunity for parents and littles! We will explore mealtime topics such as routines, safety, foods to offer, baby led weaning and puree to solid approaches. Best for ages 4-12 months or babies who are “stuck” on purees. Babies will be welcome to eat during this time!
