This free support group is for all birthing parents within our community. Get answers along your parenting journey. Give others encouragement and advice as you navigate this path together.

You don’t need to be breastfeeding/chestfeeding to enjoy this group. We discuss all aspects of parenting. Guest speakers will occasionally present on a variety of topics:

• Behavioral health topics
• Car seat safety
• Infant nutrition
• Infant growth and development

The group meetings are led by a Birth Center lactation consultant/registered nurse. Our goal is to support every person’s parenting experience.

Registration is not required and these groups are free to anyone in the community. For more information, contact an Anna Jaques Hospital lactation line at 978-463-1079.

Date & Time

• Wednesdays from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm in the conference room in the Women’s Healthcare in Haverhill.
• Thursdays from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm in the Morse Meeting Room at Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport.

Both classes are free and by drop-in only (no registration required).

Note on holiday or weather-related cancellations: The group meeting will be cancelled if it falls on a major holiday or if local schools (in Newburyport and Haverhill) are closed due to weather. If the school has a delayed opening, the meeting will still be held.
