Our summer program brings all the beauty of art and nature to children ages 2y9m to 7 years in the primary group, while elementary and middle students attend specialist camps. Join us for epic hands-on messy fun, stories, songs, art, water play, sand play, group games, cooking, gardening, lunch and outdoor/indoor activities all summer long! Building Block Commons Summer Camps 2024
Classic BBC Summer Camps: Ages 2.9m – 7 years
Wear a bathing suit and bring a lunch. We explore a theme and have a BLAST inside and outside playing with art, water sports, goats, chickens, gardens and our famous Mud Kitchen!

Skill Build Summer Camp Sessions: K-3rd Grade

Come refresh those social and academic skills mid-summer! Public school, homeschool and private school students love this 4 day event. Through interactive games, puzzles, and STEAM projects, students can explore math and literacy concepts in a hands-on way.
We will focus on skills that have been previously taught as well as introducing new skills to keep things fresh. The literacy component will include exploring various genres of texts and building on phonemic awareness abilities.
Families will leave with ideas and info on academic areas they can continue to work and play throughout August if they would like to keep it going!

Backpacking Overnight Camp
August 9-11
A parent and a student will embark on this one night journey. We are asking for both nights of the weekend to be reserved so we can choose between the best weather options Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun. Our goal is to head to the white mountains with our staff of Wilderness First Responders to teach everyone about backpacking! All food provided, gear lists to follow!
