Henry Law Park
Central Business District, Dover NH
The six acre Henry Law Park is located in the central business district. The park is one of Dover’s oldest and most intensively used recreation facilities. With approximately 1,200 feet of frontage on the Cochecho River, the park also contains the Butterfield building, home to the Children’s Museum. The park also has a year-round indoor pool, a playground, an outdoor amphitheater for entertainment, an area for boat access and picnic areas.

Long Hill Memorial Park

This twelve acre park is located in north Dover and has several facilities on its grounds surrounded by mature pine trees. It has one large multi-use field, two tennis courts and one basketball court. In addition, the area also provides playground equipment, a natural wooded area, and an area designated for picnics.

Morningside Park

Nestled in the center of the residential neighborhood, this park contains one multi-use field, playground equipment, a pavilion sitting area and open lawn areas. The open green space the park provides is a great place to enjoy many recreational sports such as ultimate frisbee, football, and whiffleball.

Overlook Drive Children’s Playground
Overlook Drive, Dover NH
This small playground is located on the street of the same name in the south end of Dover. Installed at the same time as the group of residential homes, this playground has a climbing structure, swings, and a picnic table. A wood fence borders the playground along the front and wood chips surround the playground.

Park Street Park
Park Street and East Concord Street, Dover NH
Bordered by Park Street and East Concord Street, this area contains a small multi-use field, a pavilion sitting area in addition to having a playground and sheltered picnic area.

    Park Street Park has been redone – it now contains a small multi-use field, a playground, and small basketball court with height adjustable hoop.

      It’s the Park Street park ok to take kids to? The surrounding neighborhoods are a little rough, but the playground looks nice every time I run by it.
