Have a child ready to get active and involved with soccer? Seacoast United provides high quality coaches that offer young children (ages 3 and up) fun and development of necessary skills to be a competitive player in the future. Seacoast United offers programs and skills classes to players of all ages and ability levels throughout the calendar year!

Beginning with our youngest athletes, our Grassroots soccer classes teach the basic skills needed to be successful on the field, while also working to develop fine motor skills and a sense of teamwork. A step up following Grassroots is our Skills Development Program which works on all fundamentals needed for players to be successful.

For young players who are finding their love of the beautiful game, Seacoast United’s Junior Academy is longer in duration and works on individual and team skills in a challenging environment. This is our premier feeder program for players who aspire to compete on our soccer club teams in the future.

Players looking to work on specific areas of their game (including goalkeepers) Seacoast United offers various skills classes at our indoor facilities throughout the fall/winter/spring months.

2023 Winter Soccer Programs 

Grassroots Programs in Epping & Hampton, NH (Ages 3-12)

The Seacoast United Soccer Club, Grassroots Program is an introduction into the amazing sport of soccer in an interactive, fun and structured environment. In each session, the main objective is to teach while having fun. The overall theme of the Grassroots Program is to create a place that the players relate fun with the skills and activities that they are a part of, in turn providing a framework for more soccer technique acquisition as the player gets older. Please note that classes for 3 & 4 year olds are parent participation.

• The sessions are once a week trainings (45 minutes/1 hour in duration) which involve soccer and athletic movement
• Fun and age specific
• Focus on individual soccer skills
• Introduction to “team” sports through small group games and activities

Skills and Scrimmage Program in Kingston, Epping & Hampton, NH (Ages 6-12)

The Seacoast United Soccer Club, Skills & Scrimmage Program is a unique opportunity for youth players to get involved in the amazing game of soccer. In each class, the overall theme is for youth players to relate having fun with playing soccer and to develop the necessary skills to be a competitive player in the future.

The class structure allows youth players to focus on a specific technique during the first half of the session which will then be included in a game with fun engaging game related drills. Then during the second half of the session the techniques will be carried over into a small-sided or full-sided game play. This particular part of the class will encourage players to try to focus on technique during a faster paced more game-like environment. See schedule and registration links below!

Grassroots & Skills & Scrimmage WINTER PROGRAMS (Jan-Feb)

Indoor Youth League in Hampton, NH (Ages 5-9)

The Indoor Youth League hosted by the Seacoast United Soccer Club is a fun, developmental league will offer a learning friendly yet competitive environment for younger players to learn the game of soccer. All participants will receive a t-shirt! See schedule and registration links below!

Futures Program in Epping, NH (Ages 6-10)

The Futures Program is an opportunity for youth athletes (Boys & Girls) to participate in a soccer program that provides a competitive yet learning friendly atmosphere. There are multiple options available to youth athletes for the Futures Program to participate in training either this Fall (6 weeks), Spring (6 weeks) or both Fall in Spring (12 weeks) this upcoming season.

The FUTURES PROGRAM offered through the Seacoast United Soccer Club is a program designed to offer competitive players from the U6 to U10 age groups an opportunity to practice with the Seacoast United Soccer Club, Boys & Girls Academy coaching staff in the Fall and Spring Seasons. The overall goals of the Futures Program are as follows:

• Provide players with a program that can compliments their town/travel organizations.
• Provide players an opportunity to train with the Seacoast United Soccer Club coaching staff.
• Create an opportunity for players to receive an introduction to club-style training sessions.

The players that participate in the Futures Program will be exposed to a training environment that will help accelerate their technical development while continuing to push their game to the next level. All players will be placed into training groups with like-minded players of similar commitment and ability level, to make ensure they are challenged appropriately. JAMBOREE INFORMATION: All participants will play in a Jamboree event on MLK Day, January 16th at the Seacoast United Indoor Arena, in Hampton, NH. More information will be provided to all families closer to the date of the event. See schedule and registration links below!
