Are you and your children really hoping to see Santa somewhere around the seacoast this year? We’ve got you covered on where and when to go to catch him and all his jolly! Between farms, local restaurants, storefronts, and good old fashion malls there are so many choices of places to go. Go ahead get to one of these and check this holiday tradition off your list. Obviously, some visits with Santa are still different this year so please be sure to read the covid precautions and reservation guidelines before you go. Some are free, some are paid but most are outdoors, and some are from a far for those little ones no so sure about this big man. Choose what’s right for you and your family and have fun! Get the family ready to step right into this Hallmark movie scene designed as the perfect space to really have a visit with Santa this year! It feels truly magical and this just may become your new favorite holiday tradition. Santa will be visiting at his cottage every Wednesday in December

Visit with Santa – Churchill’s Garden Center(Free & Outdoors)

Bring the family and enjoy an afternoon visiting with Santa. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the festive moment and your letters to to put in the box to send back to the Elves in the North Pole! Check out their event for more covid precaution details.

Christmas with Santa on Legacy Farm
217 Portsmouth Ave, Stratham, NH
Join us for some holiday fun and visit with Santa at Legacy Lane Farm! Kids can create their Wish List in Santa’s workshop, then visit Santa’s cottage to tell him what they want for Christmas and put their list in Santa’s mailbox! While on the farm, enjoy a cup of hot cocoa by the fire, stroll through Candy Cane Lane, Lollipop Land and more! At the North Pole, you’ll see Dasher and Dancer and Sylvia and Scarlett, Donner and Cupid and Nugget and Vincent! But the most famous “reindeer” of all…. is Billy the Red Nosed “Reindeer”! S’more kits available for purchase by the fire.

Green and Pleasant Streets in Newburyport, MA
Bring the family to Newburyport’s Brown Square to see Santa in his traditional workshop, share your wish list, and snap a photo with Mr. Claus from outside the workshop!

Santa’s Castle in Dover
14th annual Santa’s Castle at the McConnell Center in downtown Dover. Each night children and their families will be able to tour several rooms in Santa’s Castle and meet Santa and many of his elves.

Lobster Trap Tree Lighting (Free & Outdoors)
725 Ocean Blvd. Seabrook, NH
This is the 3rd Annual Lobster Trap Tree Lighting at Yankee Fishermen’s Cooperative. Tree Lighting starts between 5:30PM-5:45PM. We will be having Homemade Chowder from Ida Mae’s as well as snacks, treats and refreshments and other foods! Santa is coming again this year arrive by boat right before the lighting. Event will be held 5pm-7pm.

Families who visit Santa receive a free 4×6 studio-quality photo, as well as a free shareable video when you provide your email address. Additional photo packages are also available for purchase and print instantly at the store. During your visit, families can mail their letter to Santa and bring home free holiday craft activity kits while supplies last. Families can also enjoy the amazing aquariums and wildlife displays found in every Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s store (closest Cabela’s is in Scarborough, Maine.) Advanced reservations are required.
