Mental, physical and spiritual wellness for the entire family!
On-Site Family Martial Arts Center (OSFMAC) is one of the largest Black Belt learning centers of its kind in New Hampshire. Thousands of students have been trained and several have won national competitions—their instructors are passionate about teaching the centuries-old eastern arts to local students of all ages.
The OSFMAC offers:

- A focus on respect, self-defense and making friends!
Classes are available to students of all ages including Traditional Isshin Ryu Karate, a Lil’ Dragons class perfect for kids ages 3-5 and after-school programs. Parents—you can get involved, too! OSFMAC offers classes from beginners to experts, as well as Self-Defense and Private Lessons.
