*New* Mini Sensory Gym! A to Z Abilities Opens March 22 in South Berwick, Maine

Let’s welcome A to Z Abilities to South Berwick as they invite families to an inclusive experience!

On Wednesday, March 22 A to Z Abilities located at 2 Punkintown Road opens a brand new sensory gym to the public. Focusing on the individual needs of children, siblings, and family members, A to Z Abilities has created an inclusive experience for everyone.

All children have a different normal and A to Z Abilities has designed and created an environment where everyone’s normal is welcome!

What is a sensory gym?

This interactive space allows children to meet their natural needs while promoting independence, play skills, and social skills. Our gym includes slides, rock walls, ziplines, a variety of swings, a jump deck, and more. Thursday mornings will begin to have various activities offered each hour which could include; story time, arts & crafts, movement & more.

Who can attend A to Z Abilities?

We are open to the public. Our age ranges are recommended from 1 year – 18 years old. We do our best to accommodate every child. We try to limit five children in the gym per hour.

How do l sign up?

It’s easy! Sign up online at www.atozabilities.com, click on “Book Services,” sign the waiver, and choose a time that is best for you. Your gym session will be approved as long are there is availability.

• Tuesday CLOSED
• Wednesday 3:00pm-6:00pm
• Thursday 8:00am-2:00pm
• Friday 3:00pm-6:00pm
• Saturday 2:00pm-6:00pm
• Sunday 8:00am-2:00pm

*Hours may vary on the weekends due to birthday parties.

All sensory gym sessions are currently appointment only. We are doing our best to limit 5 children in the gym per session. All children must be accompanied by an adult. See and Sign up for Available Times Here!

Sensory Gym Rates

One hour session | $15
Two hour session | $30
*We add $5 per child per hour.

Private session | $30/hour
*This is a drop off session where Taylar will work directly with your child to promote independence, explore the gym, complete a craft if interested, and have fun!

Monthly Memberships
*1 Child $50/month
*2 Children $60/month
*3+ Children $70/month

A to Z Abilities also offers consulting and ABA services to families.
