*NEW Kids’ Cooking Class on Wednesdays: Little Sous Chef for Ages 3-6

More recently cooking classes for little kids have been hard to find around the Seacoast! We are so excited to help share that Relief Parenting is now offering an all NEW Kids’ Cooking Class: Little Sous Chef. The first class starts off next week on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. This class is 45 minutes and designed just right for children ages 3-6 years old.

This sweet little culinary program encourages your Little Sous Chef to explore healthy eating experiences in a group setting. It’s true that creative and interactive cooking teaches children to recognize and experiment with new foods, tastes, flavors and textures.

Each week, we will introduce one ingredient through a book, song, or alphabet letter. We will see the ingredient in it’s full form and discuss how we can use it in cooking and recipes. Then, your Little Sous Chef will get to prepare the ingredient in a new recipe. At the end of class we will all get to enjoy the snack together!

All snacks will be plant based, peanut, wheat and dairy-free, but we are not a certified gluten-free, allergen-free facility. Please let us know of any allergies from participants.

Little Sous Chef is being offered weekly on Wednesdays from 11:15am – 12:00pm. The cost is $18 per class. Be sure to book a spot for your little chef ahead of time.
