Missing carnival food? Fair Food Express (drive-thru fair food) opens in Salisbury!

No carnivals this year, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy carnival food!

Fiesta Shows, which travels to popular, outdoor activities throughout the summer months which are now closed, decided to take advantage of his normal off-season storage space on Route 1 in Salisbury to set up a collection of carnival food stands now called Fair Food Express.

What’s on the Menu?

The six drive-thru carnival stands offer fried dough, fried Oreos, fried peanut butter cups, sausages, hotdogs, cotton candy and caramel apples, among other summertime treats.

How Does it Work?

Similar to a restaurant drive-thru, in the era of social-distancing during the new coronavirus pandemic, ordering and service will be done through the vehicle windows. No one needs to get out of their car!

Vehicles will drive to the ticket booth where orders will be taken. The orders will be radioed to the appropriate vendor and cars will drive to an area to wait for a staff member to deliver food to the vehicle.

Fair Food Express is open seven days a week!
