Looking for some nearby fun to celebrate the Chanukah season? Hanukkah 2021 begins the evening of Sunday November 28 and ends the evening of Monday December 6th. UNH & Seacoast Chabad Jewish Center is hosting several festive events around the seacoast of NH for the whole family to get out and enjoy!
Home Depot Menorah Building Workshop
Join us for our Menorah workshop and Build and decorate your own Menorah at the Jewish Center. A mix of craftsmanship and art, children will create masterpieces at this workshop. This is a free event sponsored by the Home Depot. Space is limited, RSVP required.

The Great Gelt Drop & Chanukah Celebration
Join us for the Public GRAND 75ft Gelt drop from a fire truck at the Chanukah celebration: at The Fox Run Mall an donuts, crafts, and loads of fun for the whole family!

Downtown Durham Public Menorah Lighting
A small amount of light pushes away the darkness! The light of the menorah carries the message that we must put our effort into bringing light into this world by increasing in love and kindness. During these times this message is more relevant than ever, we must bring more light into the world.

Annual Car Menorah Parade – Light up New Hampshire
Join us for the annual Car Menorah Parade followed in the Seacoast of NH. Leaving from the Seacoast Jewish Center at 72-1 Main Street Durham, NH at 4:40pm on 11/30/21. Drive a car, make history and fun! There will be Chanukah treats for each car and it will be sure to be fun for the whole family.

Menorah Lighting at the Candlelight Stroll
The Giant Menorah Lighting is happening on Sunday December 5th at Strawberry Banke Museum. This event is being held during the Candlelight Stroll at 4:30pm. Join us at 4:30pm outside of the visitors center by the main entrance for this special lighting.
