Halloween tailgating time is here! Trunk or treating isn’t new (it’s been around since the 90’s) but it sure is a nice new(er) alternative to traditional trick or treating to neighborhood homes. Check out these local seacoast trunk or treat events that have started up these past few years. They have been such a success they are now making them annual October events! It’s easy to join in the decorative and candy giver fun by becoming a trunker as well. See venues below and contact them directly for more details on how to get involved.

FREE Trunk or Treat with Seacoast Cars & Coffee

Join us for our 3rd annual TRUNK or TREAT at the Mall at Fox Run on Saturday, October 23rd, 5:00-7:30pm! Spookify your car’s trunk and bring plenty of candy for the kiddos!

“TRUNKERS” (those of you decorating your cars) should arrive by 4:15 in the designated lot to be set up and ready by 5pm.

 

 


FREE Trunk or Treat at Barrington Rec’s Fall Fest 2021

Our annual Trunk or Treat event has a new name! This year, in addition to Trunk or Treat, we will be adding an outdoor market and some fun fall activities! Join us at for an afternoon of fall fun! Trunk-or-Treat 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. on Saturday October 23, 2021. Located in the Parking Lot by the playground.

Trunk-or-Treat provides a safe and fun way for families to enjoy Halloween! Children enjoy trick-or-treating by going from trunk to trunk to receive pre-packaged candy from costumed car owners. There will be plenty of candy and spooky, fun, scary, decorated vehicles!

 

 


FREE Trunk or Treat and Party at the Pointe

The Party at the Pointe starts at 10 a.m. with a Car/Truck/Bike show, prizes awarded for each category; Free food and entertainment! Then we pivot to a family fun Trunk or Treat from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Bring down your kids and enjoy a safe Trick or Treating experience with Popcorn, Candy, and other Treats for all ages! Our party is from 10 am to 4 pm…come for the Car/Truck/Bike show and stay for the Trunk or Treat…Share with your friends for this fun family day! Location: Spring Village at Dover – A WoodBine Senior Living Community 35 Pointe Place in Dover.

 

 


FREE Trunk or Treat at Kingston Rec

Kingston Recreation is having our annual Trunk or Treat Halloween party on Saturday October 23, 2021 from 6-8pm, at the Rec Center. Children will be able to go from trunk to trunk and walk through our amazing Haunted Walk. Due to COVID 19 precautions, we will only have the Trunk or Treat and the haunted walk. We will also be following all other precautions as suggested by the CDC. Trunk or treat will be at the Kingston Recreation Center on Saturday, October 23 from 6-8pm hope to see you there!!

 

 


FREE Trunk or Treat at Epping Bible Church

Epping Bible Church cordially invites you to it’s yearly Trunk or Treat Event! Saturday October 23, 2-4PM.

There will be:
– Themed trunks and activities
– Carnival games
– Bouncy house
– Horse rides
– Face painting
– Lots of candy!

 

 


Thursday October 28, 2021

FREE Trunk or Treat at First City Cars & Trucks Locations

Second annual trunk-or-treat will take place Thursday, Oct. 28 from 4 to 6 p.m. at both First City Cars and Trucks locations; 4 Flagg Road, Gonic and 16 Milton Road, Rochester. This event is free and there will be a costume contest.

FREE Trunk or Treat with Yankee Fisherman’s Cooperative

Yankee Fisherman’s Cooperative is hosting their 2nd Trunk or Treat on Saturday October 30, 2021! Last Year’s was such a success that we decided to do it again! We welcome all the public to come and join us. If you would like to set up your trunk and pass out candy alongside our staff and some of our fishermen please let us know! We encourage you and your children to dress up in costumes as we will be too!

We will start passing candy out at 5:30PM and will stop at 7:30PM. No need to sign up, just come join us for some fun and candy!

 


Trunk or Treat (FREE for Trunkers!) with Hilltop Fun Center

Join your community on October 30th from 3-5pm for our 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat!
Throw on your best costume and bring your family to our 8-acre driving range to socially-distance Trick or Treat. It’s $3 for Treaters to enter and FREE for Trunkers. Plus, a percentage of all proceeds go to Live and Let Live Farm. All are welcome to join our Costume Contest at 4:30pm with awesome prizes!

Trunk or Treat hosted by Salisbury Parks and Recreation Commission is Oct 30th. Mark your calendars and join in on all the trunk fun at Salisbury Beach. This event is free and also includes a drive in movie…if you dare. Kicking off with trunk or treating starting at 4pm. Candy and prizes are part of all the treating!

FREE Trunk or Treat with All Saints Church in Amesbury

All Saints Church in Amesbury is hosting a Trunk or Treat on October 31st from 5-7pm! There will be tons of candy, food, music, activities & games for the whole family, and more! The event is totally free, and open to the public! The church’s members are decorating their cars and handing out candy to the trick-or-treaters, so there’s no need to bring anything but yourselves! The event is posted on All Saints Church’s facebook page, so if you’re interested you can find out more there!
