Matilda Jr Hits the Stage at Ogunquit Playhouse!
The “revolting children” are taking over Ogunquit Playhouse August 16, 17 and 19! Don’t miss out on this popular Roald Dahl story live onstage presented by Ogunquit Playhouse Arts Academy students.
Matilda Jr tells the story of Matilda Wormwood, a child with wondrous abilities who is deemed “Naughty” by the adults in her life, but fully embraces herself at school with the help of her kind teacher Miss Honey. Matilda and her friends learn to stand up against their evil principal, Miss Trunchbull, and in the process find themselves.
This beloved hit musical features such Broadway classics as – “When I Grow Up,” “Revolting Children,” and “Quiet”- great summer fun for the whole family!
