A summer of fun and growth for K-4th graders!
Camp Eastwood is an overnight summer camp for boys & girls ages 6-10 (finishing K-4th grade), located in the beautiful Belgrade Lakes region of Maine. We provide young campers the chance to build foundational skills, confidence, and independence in a setting that’s thoughtfully tailored to their age and stage of development. Our 1- and 2-week sessions are designed to prepare children for future success at overnight camp while ensuring they have a joyful, age-appropriate experience right now.
Everything is intentionally designed for boys and girls at elementary ages; every song, game, and cabin set-up is thoughtfully created to help campers grow. Our first year campers will have the amazing opportunity to help create the energy and passion of Eastwood. In our nurturing, supportive community, we give children a stepping stone that prepares campers for future experiences away from home (and we will have a ton of fun, too!).
The program fills a crucial gap between early development and the confidence, skills and stamina needed for longer residential camp experiences and beyond. Families can feel assured knowing Camp Eastwood is purposely designed for elementary-aged children to grow and build key life skills while gaining readiness for future sleepaway camp.
