Child & Me Yoga (Ages: Walking up to 3 Years Old)
Introduce the concept of yoga to little ones through play which includes songs, games and stories to appeal to their active imaginations. Each class is tailored around their curious minds and will learn yoga through repetition and social interaction. These active tots will learn to improve their motor skills, increase their attention span and navigate social situations. This class is designed to have fun! No previous yoga experience is necessary. Safe to attend while pregnant.

Time: 9:15 – 10:00am
Cost: $18 for single-class or $64 for 4 classes (must be used within 6 weeks).
