BERWICK SPOTLIGHT SERIES: Supporting our Children and Ourselves During a Pandemic
Join us for a conversation about the challenges families of primary and secondary school children are managing during this time. We will explore important questions like:
• How can we embrace the new normal?
• How can parents care for themselves?
• How can we build a culture of self-care within our family?
• What are the signs of anxiety and depression in our children?
• When should a parent seek professional help for their child?
• What are some possible long term effects of this COVID-era on our children?
• What are some strategies for thriving, not just surviving, during this marathon of a pandemic?
Attendees are encouraged to submit questions for our speaker ahead of the talk. There will also be some time for Q&A after the presentation.
