Are you a grandparent or other relative who is raising children? If so, you are not alone. Join us every two weeks–the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month— to connect with other grandparents and relative caregivers in person or on Zoom. This group is a friendly, informal opportunity for grandparents and kinship caregivers to connect and to learn more about available resources for families impacted by substance use disorder.
Group will meet at SOS Recovery Community at 14 Signal Street, Rochester or on Zoom. It is your choice to join with Zoom or attend in person. If you want to attend on Zoom, sign up below and you will be emailed a Zoom meeting link. Or, you can just show up in person!
Please note: we do not have childcare available, but you are welcome to bring your grandchild to the meeting if that works for you.
You might also be interested in our virtual Relative Caregiver Recharge group that meets on Zoom on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday mornings of the month. Sign up for that group here.
And…if you are a kinship caregiver and you need information about resources available to you, please call JoAnn, Kinship Navigator, at (603) 422-8209 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
