Prenatal yoga is a great way to strengthen mentally, physically, and emotionally in preparation for the birth of your baby.
This class will give you some time to connect with other mamas-to-be while and connect back in with your body and baby through certain breathing techniques and stretching sequences.
This is a time to relax and unwind during this beautiful journey of pregnancy!
Taught by Paige Halberstadt, a certified yoga instructor, specifically in Vinyasa, Prenatal & Buti Yoga. Paige is also a Certified Personal Trainer. Frontpaigenewz
