Polly’s Sparkling Water Friend Storytime & Book Signing with Author Nancy Kaplan Corbett

Join us for a special program with Nancy Kaplan Corbett, author of “Polly’s Sparkling Water Friend.” Come enjoy storytime with the author on Sunday, April 26th at 11 am or 2 pm, who will read her story, have a fun activity, and be available to sign copies of the book. The activity will be a water cycle experiment, and coloring sheets will be available for our younger guests. Each program will be approximately 45 minutes.

Polly’s Sparkling Water Friend is a whimsical tale that connects children to nature. While standing on the river’s edge behind her home, a young child meets a shimmering patch of water that rises from the river in the shape of a wave. This water friend teaches her about the water cycle and shows what it’s like to have a friend who is continuously changing.
