Mindful Momma Hikes getting together in COMMUNITY with other mommas, outside in mother nature, fostering deep connecting to yourself, each other, and nature. 

Hike length: ~30 minutes out and back. White blaze trail across from Sawyer Park.

Skill level: All levels.

Location: Sawyer Park, Kensington, NH. Please park in the lot at Sawyer Park. We will meet here and cross the street to enter the trail together.
