Kids Yoga! Every Tuesday 4-4:45pm. Parents can stay in the yoga room, shop, read a book, go in the sauna. Multiple ways to get a moment for yourself as well!
Class Description:
This 45-minute class is intended for 3-7 year olds. (Not a hard stop at age 7) They will strengthen their bodies through yoga poses as well as play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and relaxation/visualization techniques. All of this happens while having fun, laughing, and fostering their imaginations.
