This Little Groove Music yoga class is designed especially for kids and families. Kids will move, stretch, and play through simple yoga poses woven together with upbeat children’s music.

This fun and nurturing class supports coordination, balance, and early mindfulness skills— perfect for young movers and their grown-ups. This is great for both young toddlers and elementary-age kids. Parents are encouraged to join in.
