Kids Paddleboarding & Yoga Programs: FUN + EDUCATIONAL!

SUP YO KIDS PADDLEBOARD YOGA & PADDLEBOARDING LESSONS FOR KIDS AGES 7+ IN AMESBURY!

Children ages 7 & up will practice Yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard with time for partner poses, SUP Games and paddling! Program Includes: Use of paddleboard, paddle, life jacket and instruction by a Certified Instructor. Please bring sunblock, water bottle, snack, lunch, towel, change of clothes.

Schedule:
Days: Tuesdays at Lake Gardner.
Times: 11-12 paddleboard yoga lesson
(Lunch/Snack Break)
12:30 -1:30 paddle lesson

Choose from a Paddleboard lesson or Paddleboarding Yoga lesson or combine both. One event for $25 each or combine both events for $40!
