The seacoast knows how to celebrate the 4th of July! Several towns are holding special firework displays for the holiday and throughout the summertime. Check out our directory of fireworks, parades and more celebrations listed below! Happy Birthday America!

Don’t forget, if you’re bringing little ones with you, hit up your local drug store and purchase child ear plugs. Those loud aftershocks can be startling and frightening to toddlers, pets, and young children (or even some adults I know….and you know who you are).

Dover, NH
Launched at dusk from Maglaras Park and can be seen from Henry Law Park and locations throughout the city. Other festivities, including the 39th Army Band, begin at 7:00pm at Henry Law Park.

Ogunquit, ME
Start Time: 9:15pm
Location: Main Beach. The rain date is Tuesday, July 5th.

Kennebunk, ME

Fireworks at the Fisher Cats!
The NH Fisher Cats will have a large firework display following the game on the 4th of July! Check the schedule for many more post-game evenings that include fireworks this summer! 

Canobie Lake Park, Salem, NH
Don’t miss our spectacular fireworks displays beginning July 2, 3, & 4th, 2022 and then each Friday evening through August 26th. The display, themed to music, starts promptly at 9:15 pm, weather permitting. The best place to view the fireworks is by the daVinci’s Dream ride.
