The Portsmouth Recreation Department is planning the second annual Family Fall Festival at the athletic field on Saturday, Oct. 29, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The free event includes family games, crafts, entertainment, food trucks and a Touch-a-Truck experience.​
