SKC’s Guide to Fall 2023 Fairs

August/September Fairs

Hopkinton State Fair (formally NH State Fair)
A Labor Day weekend tradition! The fair consists of agricultural exhibits, farm animals, arts, fair food vendors, games, amusement rides, maple sugar house, fish and game building, wood sculpting, jet pack flying circus and so much more!
August 31 – September 4
Contoocook, NH

Lancaster Fair
Families in New Hampshire have been enjoying agriculture activities, a large midway with games and rides, 4-H, animal and horticulture exhibits and even motorized competitions at the Lancaster Fair for nearly 150 years! This Labor Day mainstay spans 65 acres and offers plenty of family-friendly fun and entertainment, making it the perfect way for visitors to say farewell to summer and welcome in fall.

Hillsborough County Agricultural Fair
The Hillsborough County Agricultural Fair offers a midway offering games and rides for everyone, exhibit halls displaying handcrafts, photography, flowers and homegrown produce, and so much more fair fun!

New Boston, NH

Granite State Fair (formally Rochester Fair)
Since 1874, features fun for the entire family including children’s activities, entertainment, music, rides, horse show, harness horse racing, livestock competition, and exhibits, commercial vendors, a wide variety of food and attractions. From midway rides to live entertainment and grandstand shows, the Rochester Fair is a time honored tradition.

145 years of agricultural family fun! New England’s Oldest Family Fair is back with all of your traditional activities and attractions. We look forward to seeing all of our friends again!
