Strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles, correct postural imbalances, increase flexibility, and enhance mind-body awareness. All levels welcome; modifications and advancements will be provided. Bring your own mat and water

Class is held on the beach in front of Groundswell Cafe in Salisbury Beach. There is free parking along the Broadway circle until 8am. Feel free to stay after and enjoy some Groundswell.
