Join me for Baby & Me Fitness! This class is centered around the parent/guardian and designed for babies who are not yet crawling. I will guide you through safe exercises both standing, and on the floor, with your little one in your arms, in a carrier, or on a yoga mat/towel on the floor. For the safety of all, we use our bodies only. No equipment will be used in this class. Various options will be given for all fitness levels. Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat, and any necessary comfort for your baby (blanket, pacifier, hand held toy, etc.)
