Ballet with Kristen Samson (BKS) offers summer programs including Movement, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Aerial, Hip-hop and Acro basics. Aerial Silks, Acrobatics, Aerial Hammocks, Balancing, Hooping, Stunting, Magic, Juggling, and more! Students explore the different techniques of Circus Performing Arts in this action packed 3 – day camp.

Come spin, climb, flip, and fly in an Aerial & Acro Camp at BKS this summer! Between the Aerial fabrics and the gymnastics mats, there is plenty of excitement for young athletes to explore. The BKS Faculty provides hands-on spotting and professional instruction every step of the way. Bring a water bottle and be sure to wear a leotard with leggings that cover the knees. Hair up, no jewelry. Class size limited.

Students learn about the classical Ballet princesses like Aurora, Lilac Fairy, Cinderella and more. Ballet class followed by choreography. Students should bring a water. Snack will be provided.

There is fun for all young adventure-seekers during BKS Open Gym time. Students spend the afternoon playing movement games, visiting different stations, practicing their favorite skills, and creating their own moves.

*Nutcracker Dance Camp: Ages 3 – 7 yrs*
July 31st – August 3rd
Experience the magic of the Nutcracker during the annual BKS Nutcracker Dance Camp. Students will spend the week studying classical Ballet, Hip-hop, Acro, Musical Theatre, and more. Dancers will learn choreography to their favorite Nutcracker music, and will have the opportunity to perform for their family on the last day of camp. Each day includes games, snack time, and a craft. Bring a water bottle and dress in Ballet class attire. Snacks are provided, but students are welcome to bring their own snack.
