Halloween tailgating time is here! Trunk or treating isn’t new (it’s been around since the 90’s) but it sure is a nice new(er) alternative to traditional trick or treating to neighborhood homes. Check out these local seacoast trunk or treat events that have started up these past few years. They have been such a success they are now making them annual October events! It’s easy to join in the decorative and candy giver fun by becoming a trunker as well. See venues below and contact them directly for more details on how to get involved.

Trunk or Treat at First City Cars & Trucks Locations

Join us for First City’s 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat on October 27th!
Our friendly staff will be handing out candy from 4:30-6:30PM!
This not so spooky event is fun for all ages!!!
Rain or Shine – Indoor Event.
Multi-Category Costume Contest with gift card prizes!
This event will be exclusively at our 4 Flagg Road store in Gonic, NH

Trunk or Treat with Salisbury Park and Rec

Salisbury’s Trunk or Treat will be the area’s most fun Halloween party – Thursday, October 27th, at the Salisbury Beach parking lot! Community members, businesses, and organizations are invited to decorate their vehicles and hand out treats and swag to the kiddos as they trick-or-treat from trunk to trunk around the parking lot. This event is a PERECT opportunity to show your community just how awesome you are!

The event is free to the public and is expected to draw hundreds of families.

Trunk or Treat at Mill Town Health and Rehabilitation

We are excited to invite our Mill Town families and local community to join us for this fun FREE event! We are accepting canned goods for our local food pantry. Mill Town Health & Rehabilitation in Amesbury, MA. Come join us on Oct 27th from 3-6pm.

James House Trunk or Treat

Join in a fun community event from 6-9pm on Oct 28th! The James House association is putting on a wonderful (and free) trunk or treat. open to all. Come dressed in your best and get some sweet treats. Theme It Out Events will be also hosting a Spooky Woods Walk with a $5 cover charge, or $15 per family. Can you brave the haunted woods? Come and find out  Food and drinks will be available for purchase as well.

Amesbury SEPAC & PTO Trunk or Treat

This free trunk or treat is being held at the Amesbury High School parking lot on Friday, October 28 from 5-7pm.

Saturday, October 29

Zombie Walk & Trunk or Treat Downtown Rochester

The Zombie Bash and Trunk-or-Treat will be located in the Citizen’s Bank parking lot. There will also be a costume contest, pumpkin painting, a donut eating contest, and several vendors and local restaurants on site.

​The Zombie Walk features dozens of dancers from several local dance studios. Zombies will be taking a new route from the Citizen’s Bank parking lot to Bridge Street, around River Street, and back to North Main Street, Downtown Rochester from 4pm – 6pm.

Trunk-n-Treat in Berwick

Come and check out all the trunks and get your share of Halloween Treats! Happening on October 29th from 5:00-7:30pm at Memorial Field in Berwick, ME.

Trunk or Treat at Durham Evangelical Church

DEC will be hosting a Trunk or Treat as an outreach to our community and beyond. Join us on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 3:00 PM 5:00 PM.
